Refund policy

At Katthaie, we take pride in crafting high-quality ethnic Indian wear with attention to detail and care. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
The return request must be initiated within 4** days** of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or made-to-order outfits.
Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
Accessories (such as jewelry, dupattas sold separately, etc.) unless defective or damaged.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 4** days** of receiving the order.
If the desired size/product is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at support@katthaie.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Ship the product back to us within 3** days** of approval.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
